XORS offers its customers services of paper cutting knives sharpening. Grinding works are carried out by qualified personnel on the modern high-precision equipment from Göckel and Reform (Germany) in accordance with the manufacturer's technologies.

All works are carried out only with the use of imported consumables.

Knives accepted for sharpening:

1. Knives made of tool steel
2. Knives with high-speed steel insert (HSS)
3. Knives with a carbide insert
4. Knives made of chromolyte

• Removal of large chips: +100-200% to cost of sharpening one knife per order
• Change of sharpening angle: +100-200% to cost of sharpening one knife per order
• Urgency of the order: +100% to cost of sharpening one knife per order
• Flat grinding: +150% to cost of sharpening one knife per order

Our equipment allows to obtain the required cleanness of the machined surface and excellent quality of the cutting edge. Also, thanks to the intensive supply of special coolant, it is guaranteed that the knife will not be "overburned" and will retain all its performance characteristics. The filtration of the liquid ensures that knives with carbide inserts can be sharpened to a high quality.

Sharpening of kitchen, tourist and hunting knives - from 15 rubles per centimeter.

• Production of blended colors according to the customer's sample
• Production of mixed colors (more than 1000 colors) with exact adherence to Pantone Formula Guide, as well as those that go beyond the range of the guide
• Production of a color sample on the client's circulation paper (material) using a sample printing machine
• Making recommendations for color correction in the printing process
• Creation of protocols for color stability in the print run

For orders less than 15 000 rubles (including VAT), delivery will cost only 2 000 rubles (including VAT) and can be included in the bill for consumables
